Hi everyone. I would like to introduce myself before I tell you all about 1 to1 speed coaching. I am known as Coach Fowlie. My passion for speed started at age 12 . was a sprinter for my school. More recently, my daughter found a love for sprinting and joined her local club, where she has been Scottish age group champion for 100m and 200m. Guiding her as a parent and sprinter I soon found myself becoming a Scottish Athletics coach in Speed. I was regarded as an exceptionally good coach that got results. Some of my athletes competed at a high level and some athletes went on to win national championships. Whilst coaching I have realised that anyone one has the potential to be faster with right coaching. This is why I am so excited to start my journey in 1 to 1 speed coaching PT session.

Speed PT Training
This program will enhance the athlete’s ability to move quickly and, promoting proper running form. It is designed for beginner joggers, runners, and athletes such as endurance runners, sprinters, rugby players, etc.
Weight loss 1 to 1 PT session
This program will provide the participant with the necessary tools to burn calories through exercise, build muscle and improve physical fitness to ensure weight loss is achieved.
